Refund Policy
Each product UNE FILLE EN CHINE is handmade in South China. Its quality is then strictly verified, and your package is prepared with special care.
If your order does not give you full satisfaction, you have a period of 14 days following the date of reception of your package to return the item.
We invite you to contact us by email at the following address: order@unefilleenchine.com to organize the return of the product and tell us the reason of this return.
You will then have the choice between:
- exchange your item
- receive a voucher of equivalent value
- request a refund of the article
The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused, unwashed. The refund is subjected to the recovering by Une Fille en Chine ltd. of the products initially delivered. Unless special agreement has been made with the Client, the reimbursement will use the same means of payment as the one that has been used for the payment of the order
and the cost of the products return is paid by the Client.
